Silent treatment.

When she starts don’t say a word. Stay silent during the entire encounter. She will eventually notice something is up and probably ask what’s wrong.

Change the subject to something you want to talk about without addressing her question.

Repeat until she gets the hint. If she fails to get the hint after a few cycles, address it directly. Addressing it directly will hurt her feelings. If you don’t care, you can do it sooner.

You can play this to your advantage by politely saying something like "I don't enjoy this kind of talk".

She might be offended at first, but this signals virtue (girls respect guys who are not into gossip) and you'll earn her admiration and possibly attraction.
