The burden is on her to turn down guys hitting on her, not you. You can't stop guys from hitting on her or sliding in her DM's, so it's not really worth the effort to keep tabs on her all the time. If she wants to be with you she will. If your gut is telling you she is cheating on you then investigate it some but you're just going to create anxiety by doing it all the time.

LTR game is based on Dread. If you're saying that you are a legitimate exclusive LTR then "nexting" means essentially breaking up to go to another option, if you use that every time you have an issue then are you really in an LTR? Just up the dread, maybe tell her about a girl who approached you, or post something on social media that a bunch of hoes will like, its a constant thing and you have to DHV all the time.

Guy, I was in a similar situation. Pls trust me if you don't want to lose your dignity. Do you think a loyal girl who loves you would deletes messages?? Hell no. Before she dumps your pathetic ass break up so you can have at least the dignity to be the one who broke up. She will contact you all the time and try to get you back. Wow, she really didn't log herself out. I'd leave her account logged in and just check in on the messages periodically. You're already suspicious. She could give you cold hard evidence without even realizing it, and this eliminates any need to bring it up.
