I think it's time for your friend to wrap it up and be on his way. I had my gf instructed to never do shit like this, she never did, but ended up whoring in real life when the chance showed itself. In my experience you cannot stop it, if she won't post selfies, she sure as hell is gonna find another way to get attention.
