I've just began implementing RP in my life. Went out for one of the first times this weekend and I found myself taking time to respond to certain things when I'd be tested. You really don't realise how much certain people test your frame until you've been educated.

I don't think you can every entirely kill your inner beta, but you can bury it real deep down inside

I discovered game about 12 years ago. Roissy about 9 years ago. TRP about a year ago

I'm at the top of my field, have an MBA, triple-digit body count, in good shape. Not bragging, just saying despite that, I still have beta tendencies

My inner beta still comes out on drugs (lots of them, which is why I don't do drugs, much)

Watching your dad get divorce raped
Watching your mom destroy your family, abandon you, and go pretend she's on sex and the city
Your first girlfriend branch swinging with absolutely zero remorse
Going to Thailand and paying at most 120$ to fuck model-tier girls with perfect bodies

You never kill the beta. You balance it against the alpha. Alpha and beta traits are like night and day. You cannot just have one. Good and evil. Men are not androids.

There are instances when a little bit of beta is very useful. Don't underestimate the power of balance. It's knowing when to use each that makes you a badass.

By being ambitious, constantly reaching beyond your station. This path though a net positive, leads to inevitable failure... lots of it because youre exploring foreign soil. But that failure, that embarassment, that sting of ego will knock sense in you.

Success will eventually give you an excuse to be lazy and idealisti, reverting back to easy, weak, beta behavior. Sucess with your first hot women will likely give you oneitis. And you will learn.

No way around it.

I dont struggle with BP conditioning much. I’ve always been naturally a bit RP, RP simply gave me the words and tangible concepts and understanding.

What i think is a bigger struggle for many guys and certainly even myself at times is not reverting to BO beliefs, but falling into Beta behaviours. Nobody is AF all the time. Its a prototype. Sometimes Abundance mentality can be difficult to act upon even if you know its true.

Just remember thoughts are just that - thoughts. And feelings aren't FACTS.

Blue pill thoughts and feelings will come up. I just remember that I haven't acted on them. Take a pause, and remember a red pill response.

It is hard, because the beta is deeply, emotionally weaved into yourself, on subtle ways.

But it is rewarding and liberating.
