I'm a senior in college now, i'm an RA and so on rounds I happened by my ex girlfriend's room (from freshman year) and we got into a conversation. Somehow the topic of sex came up, and the shocking number of men she's been with since I broke up with her. She asks me, "Have you really never slept with a girl since we broke up?" I said no, to which she told me "well you should." I ask why, is there some kind of necessity to sleep around endlessly in order to be a functional and happy person?

She then goes on to hit me with this: "Well I wouldn't be this way if you hadn't left me" to which I laughed heartily. The prospect of her justifying her sluttiness because I left her is hilarious to me.

I left her, by the way, because she was constantly talking to "old high school guy friends" and God knows what she was doing with them on holiday breaks. Whenever I would confront her about it, she would get defensive and angry which I found suspicious. My suspicions were correct, two weeks after we broke up she started going out with one of them.

Is monogamy ever worth it? And are there any girls out there who haven't ridden the cock carousel til they're like a loose bag down there?
