So LD was not genetically gifted in the looks dept, but she seems to be doing everything to make things worse - loads of tats (evidently nobody ever told her that Jewish people don't get tats) and generally unkempt, but still seeking validation for her "bold choice" of being a fatty who is "reclaiming" her self esteem by taking lingerie photos of her fatty-ness.

She has certainly been successful in her career, but she's also likely to continue on a downward track health-wise (while younger people can get away with bad food choices, etc., that shit catches up with you over time), and emotionally - we will eventually see some sort of "nervous breakdown" stuff out her because she is continuously trying to fill the emotional void within her with food.
