I loved Breaking Bad and Aaron Paul seems like a cool guy but this whole thing reeks of a money/fame hungry beautiful girl latching on to a rising star to get notoriety and fame. Aaron was an unknown before Breaking Bad and I'm guessing he has never had a girl like this and totally fell for her game hook line and sinker.

Incidentally, I still very clearly remember a thread from some time back on imdb discussing the sex appeal of the show's various male characters. The overall consensus for sexiest character would probably shock even many TRP'ers, but the result didn't surprise me one bit (well, okay, a little). To make a long story short, an overwhelming majority of women voted for... drumroll please... Mike (followed by Hank and then Walt). Jesse came in dead last and was largely derided as a whiny pussy and a little boy who'd need constant babysitting and attention.

Truth is those results are pretty congruent with what I have observed in the real world as well. Lately, there's been an increasing number of posts here claiming that you have to be good looking or big and muscular or whatever to be an alpha. I agree with everyone that he is acting beta and betraying his own SMV. However, a lot of these things were said during interviews, grand public events, etc. Except for his most private life, he is always under scrutiny of a massive population ("the public"), and thus has to act at least somewhat in a manner that pleases them – of course he needs to act a little beta/supplicative.

I'm not saying he isn't actually beta, but that you should remember that TRP stuff is by no means the popular opinion.
