I think they know what they want, they just suppress it due to the programming and their desire to be seen as part of a herd, the herd with the most resources.

It has long been known that women's subjective state of desire is often uncorrelated with their objective state of desire (measured with respiration, gen-ital blood flow, engorgement, lubrication, etc.) The last decade Rupp and Warren, and other researchers, finally conclusively proved that women's subjective state of desire is also uncorrelated with brain activity! Women literally don't even know what they're thinking, when it comes to desire!

I'm reading the study:

When subjects view sexual stimuli, physiological responses, such as heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, erection, and vaginal vasocongestion, are often discordant with self-reported subjective perception of sexual arousal, especially in women (Chivers, Reiger, Latty, & Bailey, 2004; Laan et al., 1994; Wincze, Hoon, & Hoon, 1977). The inconsistency between physiological measures and reports of subjective sexual arousal may suggest that physiological changes on their own are not the only events subjects use to assess sexual stimuli. Additionally, it is unclear whether this discordance is primarily limited to women, as men typically show a greater, although not complete, concordance between their genital responses and subjective assessments of arousal (Chivers et al. 2004; Hall, Binik, & Di Tomasso, 1985)

None of the cited studies demonstrated that fact directly in the abstract, and I can't access the full study. But it's good to know that there's a strong retort against "YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TALK ABOUT WHAT WOMEN WANT, YOU MISOGYNIST!!!"

Some people like confrontational relationships. nothing wrong with that, just not a good thing to have them socialize with more empathic, or nurturing personalities.

And I am not a fan of just calling someone crazy. Dave chappelle put it best, it's dismissive, and we could do a lot better. Understanding the human condition is something I'm suprised more PUAs in here aren't gung ho for.

You've clearly never tried it. I did it for about a decade. Only reason was because dating was boring, and it turned it into a game for me, one you could improve on amd test things. Like science with fun experements.

The good ones use it to learn how to deprogram stupid societal clues about how to interact with women. And learn how to be a better person. Getting laid is just one goal to get there

If you're basing it off the loud horndogs who want everyone to know they are getting laid, then you're listening to approval seeking Beta males, amd really don't get it.

Puss should literally be how to be the best person you can be. Women are constantly hit on after 13, it is natural to be better with more experience. As a guy, you have to do it more conciously. Break down what it means to be social, what how you wear, take care of your body, and what that signals about you to other men and women.

Its about learning what kind of behavious signals desperation and approval, and how to deprogram it out of you.

So no Its not about getting laid Any more than red pill is about hating women

Bro chill. I've spent quite a while in the pick up world.

I was talking about the intention of the guys who join it. Guys look for and stay with pickup because they want sex. Sure it's gone from the robotized MM to the much more 'alpha' game of Roosh but unless a guy is interested in improving himself or his life beyond wanting to get laid thier not going to be wow'd by things that would be cool to your or I.

And some guys want sex, some want to find a wife, some just want to be able to look in the mirror and like what they see. Sex is normal, and it's part of life. It's no more horndogs trying to get laid than it is guys who just want an excuse to go to the gym.

It's about guys becoming the best person they can be. If the yardstick for a guy is notches on the belt, great. That's his goal. Most of the guys I have seen fuck everything ended up in happy relationships, settled down. It was a phase.

And I've only mentioned ignorant because you start to speak of PUA, but nothing you've said says you've read or watched any of Neil straus, early Mystery, or even (god forbid) early typer durden material. The subject matter is about picking up chicks, but if you read into it. It's just as much a philosophy as anything. People who just start seem to get weird assumptions of alpha, as if it means you have to dominate anything around you, which is common newbie mistake.

It's about not being phased by things. Calm, confident, willing to stand up for things, but know when to pick your battles. Getting laid is a part of it, and unfortunately, everyone uses it as the boogeyman to dismiss the whole thing. You catch a guy who'se a virgin at 24, of course he is going to want to get laid, he's got to catch up to normal society

I promote the authentic and natural.

The college version is already online but it's in it's infancy.

That does not change the demographic or thier primary purpose for pickup. I think there is a very clear difference between game/manosphere and PUA. I'm of the former.

Stop putting words in my mouth, I wasn't decrying the benefits of pickups existence, just discussing the kind of people who pay several thousand for a pickup seminar and what they want. Theyre not in it for the philosophy, even if it's there.

Only clarified that its dumb to say just because experienced players and manosphere guys will get intellectual stimulation from some things does not mean any large portion of the pua-sphere will enjoy it since its not part of thier goals

But I'm sure ad hominem and not actually checking any of the content is mental masturbation or not. I'm not going to spam the site since its purpose is not for game in general but to help out college and highschool bros, but I do know what I'm talking about.

I have no beef with the pua-sphere, but not everyone in pua is manosphere, I don't know why you're even disagreeing with that.

Large portion of any group is idiots. By math along half of everyone is below average anyway.
