How difficult is it for you to maintain relationships with other women, coming from a perspective that you're aware of the manosphere and I assume most people are not?

Greetings, Mr. and Mrs. Ironwood! Sorry the missus is feeling under the weather, but I can't say I'm not happy she's around... The questions I was thinking up were mostly for her. :)

You've mentioned she sometimes reads your blog, but mostly doesn't, if I recall correctly... Mrs. Ironwood, how much red pill knowledge do you have? What do you think about it all? Do you have any little roadblocks to it due to pre-learned feminism (something I have to kick myself about from time to time)?

And for Mr. Ironwood: How long did it take to write the new book? What release date are you looking at?

Would you recommend for men who care to pursue relationships to attempt to introduce this material to their girlfriends/wives? Or should we just keep it as man-knowledge?

So - Ian, a question, if you will. I've been trying to become more red pill, if not more alpha in dealing with my wife, and she's been responsive. But it's all mystery to her. She just knows I'm changing.

My biggest problem? She's gained 80 pounds since we got married.

Don't get me wrong: I knew she was going to get older. Gravity was going to set in. It's unreasonable to expect your 19-year-old girlfriend to stay a 19-year-old hottie forever. I knew when I proposed that both of our bodies were going to change. But I deliberately selected a slender girlfriend, expecting her to gain 20 - 30 pounds as we approached fifty together. But I did NOT sign on to be married to a 240 pound land-whale.

Everything else is great. We don't have children (neither of us wanted any). We go where I want on vacation. We go out where I want to eat. We spend our money on what I decide (in general. She gets input, but I make the final decisions.)

I'm on track organize my life in a red pill manner. I'm currently nine weeks into a program to tranform myself. I've run over sixty miles in the past two months and have moved a couple of tons of iron, and the results are starting to show on me, but how do I motivate her to get back into shape?

I'm not above playing some Dread game, but I don't actually WANT to replace her with a thirty-something MILF. I want her to BE a forty-something MILF.

Missed this tread a few days ago. Not sure if you're still replying, but I'll give a go anyway:

1) What does it mean for you to be a progressive in the mainly right-leaning manosphere? Any suggestions on how to frame the red pill as more politically broad than many progressives view it?

2) On that note- are conservatives happier than liberals because they're having better sex?

3) You've mentioned that you come from (I think) a pagan religious tradition? What impact does that have on red pill life? Does that change your attitude or approach compared to a Jew, a Christian, a Buddhist, an atheist, etc?

4) What qualities does an aspiring wolf alpha look for in mate selection? How do you appropriately weigh competing factors? Eg- she's not a virgin, but is loyal? Or, she has divorced parents, but wants to raise her kids in an intact family environment?

5) How important would you assess finding a younger mate? I'm 28 and lots of red pill guys would have me seeking early twenty somethings versus late twenties, early thirties women about to hit the wall. Are there any hard and fast rules you stand by when it comes to age pairings?

If the manosphere gets too popular, is it actually going to get harder to get girls because the meta game will change? AKA so many guys will be alpha-ing around that girls will adapt and then what used to be alpha will become beta again?
