"No way it's true. No one would act like that if it's true."

Essentially, what the officer is saying is that he expects people (including women) to act rationally. When they do things that make no sense, or defy common sense, he doesn't believe them. Feminists apparently think that it's inappropriate for police officers to assume that women are rational actors. They should assume that women are telling the truth even when the story is inconsistent with common sense and human experience.

who's the real misogynist? Feminists must have a very low opinion of other women.
