You need some feminine energy to balance your masculinity. Sure a hairy, roided out caveman can fuck but is that actually optimal in today’s society? I’m tan, wear earrings and black skinny jeans on occasion, and take pride in my hygiene and aesthetic routine. Prominent hobbies include singing, dancing, painting, etc.

But I also can bench press 100+lbs over my body weight, played high level college baseball, and am very comfortable being dominant in the bedroom. Those masculine traits have certainly been a requisite in my success with women, but the less masculine ones I’ve utilized towards differentiating myself/making myself interesting, and it’s certainly been to my benefit.

Feminine traits only become a real issue when they’re either overall defining of who you are/the way you act, or you have little to polarize them with. My advice is to go lift until you’re the strongest dude in most rooms. Unless you’re actually a lost cause with this, I doubt whatever it is will be an issue after that.

Dont get rid off it. A man who can also behave in a feminine way is very approachable to women and makes them drop all their guards if done right.

It’s only a problem if you have no flirting and push and pull skills. If you do, you can make a woman go crazy very quickly.

You need both feminine and masculine energy. You don't want to get rid of ALL of it.

Your problem is that you've spent too much time with women and not enough time with the bros. Change that habit, lift, find MASCULINE friends.

You have to find a way to constantly remind yourself that you are trying to fix this stuff. It's quite a battle. I was raised by women my whole life and developed similar issues to you. I've mostly overcome them, but it's been a lot of work.

The first thing you should do is go on Youtube and find a vocal warmup video for singers. When you find the notes where your voice is most naturally comfortable, you've found your normal resonant center. Most men who have had a feminized upbringing like me and you talk quite a bit higher than our natural resonance. This not only makes our pitch higher, but it also makes your voice weaker because it has less support at that frequency.

To start fixing your body language, focus on 3 things. First, always be the last one to break eye contact when talking to someone. It doesn't matter how awkward it gets, you need to train out what is probably a propensity for breaking eye contact too quickly or too frequently. Next, stand with your feet no less than about shoulder width apart whenever you are standing still. Don't cross your legs while sitting or standing. Lastly, be aware of your hands as much as possible. Gesticulating is fine. Don't cross your arms or put your hands in your pockets while you are talking to people, this is a defensive position and implies discomfort.

Take zinc supplements, up the weights on your lifting routine, and just play the the cards you were dealt with. My own so called "feminine qualities" got me a three way with two women that identified as lesbians until then. Dont always think everything is a crutch.

Facial expressions, tone of voice, what you say, and body language. All these can be feminized if you grew up around exclusively women and were conditioned from an early age with BP media. Best advice I can think of is get around more men, and be around them as much as possible. Limit your exposure to women and BP media. Lift and do BJJ.
