nah you dont have to do anything except be cool about it. honestly im happy for my girlfriends when they find actual partners, because we both know thats something they deeply desire that they aint ever gona get from me. plus im just not into trying to possess people, as collections of holes they are wildly replaceable so its really no big deal. often they pop back up on the radar after the relationship runs its course, and you can pick up where you left off with zero effort. i think its a great situation

This is how plates work. She fucks you, but at the same time, she's also looking for her next boyfriend. She's going on dates, and if the dates go well, she's having sex. Sometimes it leads to more, sometimes it turns into just another casual guy.

Eventually, she finds a guy who will be her boyfriend, and she stops seeing you and all of her other casual guys. Her boyfriend will never have any clue that she's ever had any casual guys.

If you've been really good in bed and you're cool and understanding about it, showing that you know the game, then when things end with this next guy, she may hit you up to pick up where you left off. If she already knows you're good in bed, safe, discreet, know the game, etc., then she's far more likely to come back to a guy like you than meet someone new for a casual thing.

Trying to own and control women is a losing game. Plates come and go.

On the other hand though, having your shit together as a man and being able to newton's cradle her positive and negative emotions (without getting directly invested yourself) is rare and even if she were to fast forward the carousel a little, it'd become automatic for her to have her snack break at your shit-together-alpha-stand when she (temporarily) steps off.

This depends on the individual woman, and strongly on how the relationship is set up and conducted.

My plate and FWB relationships are such that in the bedroom all intimate behavior is on the table; not just sex but full girlfriend/boyfriend experience. Out of the bedroom we behave as platonic friends, texting only for logistics about our next tryst and maintaining an ambient level of mundane chatting. This maintains a connection while not together, while emotionally compartmentalizing the intimate aspects of the relationship, preventively minimizing two of the bigger sources of cognitive dissonance for a woman in a plate relationship, most importantly accomplishing this on MY terms.

One of my longest plate relationships worked for over a dozen years like this; on and off as she or I had other priorities come or go in our love lives, but always maintaining some friendly contact. This only changed once her daughter grew up and moved out; she bought a condo with some betabux and is happily living the committed life now.

Whatever level of texting you've done until now, use that as a guide for when to send a message. If there's no response leave it at that. Write as though everything is being read by a suspicious SO. The two most important duties of both parties to maintaining an on again-off again plate relationship is to have great sex when together, and not be a pain in the ass when not together.

Let's not trim around the bush: with 5-6 relationships a year she's not a "serial dater", she's an outright slut.
