Depends on context and delivery and more importantly what type of man you are to be able to pull this off. One time i was at a club outside smoking talking to this chick I wasn’t really interested in. Her friend came outside like 5 minutes later and was pretty hot. She was on me and looking at me like crazy so I told her friend “why does your friend keep looking at me like she wants to kiss me?” Her friend didn’t say anything after that so I started tongueing her friend down right after. No words spoken. Ended up smashing that night. But I sometime use a variation of the line you have in the title something like you keep looking at me like you like me or something u got a crush on me? I can pull it off, maybe you can or not depending on your overall vibe, but my SMV is high and I carry myself a certain way and know how to deliver it in a sarcastic teasing way. The first part of your line is cool, lose the “is there something on my face part” own it. Use the u keep smiling at me and then add my variation, you like me or something? Or you have a crush on me?

Why would you? "Calling" them out is merely acknowledging it and proceeding accordingly. Don't go out of your way to make them uncomfortable about it.

It can work in your favor if you do it in a way that escalates the situation (think amused mastery). She's doing it to get your attention anyway.

I met a current plate in class that started way in January. The entire first week she kept looking back at me during lecture, which I found kinda annoying, but I later went up to her and asked if her neck hurt....from turning and looking back at me so much. She immediately blushed and I banged her that weekend.
