A 47 year old contacted a 15 year old via Instagram, then started texting, then, did some rounds of kissing and heavy petting. A party was held in which the 47 year old provided two 12 packs of beer to kids as basically an excuse to sneak off and perform oral sex on the 15 year old while pressuring for penetration. The 15 year old refused, left the room, and the 47 year old eventually went into the 15 year old's room again, performed oral sex again, and was also naked. The 15 year old was clearly weirded out, so when the 47 year old started up communication on Instagram again, the police were called. 47 year old goes to the cops to basically avoid being publicly arrested and is now pleading not guilty, claiming to be distraught and under stress.

And forget the reverse the sex argument. I don't care what the age difference is. If she didn't force her self on him I don't see any abuse there.
