Talk to her about it. Analyze her response with scrutiny. If she slipped up and said an exes name during sex, she thinks about the dude more than you know. Doesn’t mean she will leave you to be with him, but it does mean that in that moment, he had her full attention. Not you, her husband.

If she’s a good wife aside from that, don’t bring it up again but watch her actions carefully. No use being with a woman who doesn’t love you, kids or not.
