Hey all,

I am around 260lbs with an ideal lean weight of 150lbs. I have tried time and time again to lose weight and it just never sticks. I know someone who had surgery and the pounds have melted off her no effort at all. Enough is enough. I am tired of being sick and tired all the time, getting no respect from people due to my size and really actually want to go out and start living my life. (I seem to have no problems laying in bed all the time and I think my excess weight and its effect on my mind is making me super unmotivated)

In every aspect of my life I am going well. 2 university degrees, lawyer, six figures etc, yet clearly the reason I have become somewhat of an incel is because my weight has continued to creep up. I have no doubt that once I get to the ideal weight I will become the so called elusive "Chad".

I have been booked into surgery to get the sleeve done where they cut out 80% of your stomach. Yes, I am looking forward to a healthier life, but honestly I am just keen to catch up on missed time with women. The ONSs, dates, adventures etc.

Please, can you tell me what it will like becoming Chad? It's my biggest mental hurdle in all of this.
