Are you happy? Are you satisfied with her? Does she add value to your life? Are you sexually satisfied?

If you say yes to all of that, then keep doing what your doing. TRP is not about fucking as many women as you can, it's about giving you the tools to do what you want. It teaches you how to maintain an LTR, have one night stands, FWB's, etc.

As long as you pass her shit tests and you're overall happier being with her than without her, then why lose that? Always be on alert when she is less attentive to you and read up on dread for when this happens. But for now, just enjoy what you have.

LTRs are only good for the experience if you can get out if it, but rarely is that experience worth the opportunity cost

There is a big difference in courting women/honey moon phase success and leading a relationship. If you have never seriously dated someone before and you’re in your late 20s you are likely broken in some way.

But I absolutely agree with the notion that you should get your n count > 20 before marriage or a serious LTR. You need to learn and internalize abundance, understand what makes you valuable, etc

It’s not a bad thing to be in an LTR, but you should also live your life. If you find yourself cancelling plans with friends to sit around and hang with your LTR, then you need to re-evaluate everything. If she brings value and fun into your life, then learn to balance her with everyone else in your life.

I was in your exact scenario when I was 20. 8 years later, it blew up as these things do.

I don't regret it. It frees up a lot of time to work on you, to follow your goals, instead of just tryna fuck. The main thing that makes it okay now is I never let myself go. I made sure to work on myself, worked on having a big social group and kept myself socially ept and able to talk to women, got a nice six figure job. A week out, I'm already fucking new girls. Feels bad, but I didn't "miss out on plating and gaming" enough that I'm useless now. Take your happiness where you can find it. There will be time to plate and bang down the road as long as you don't do something stupid like put a ring on it.

I got a decent 6 years out of mine, a so so 2, and now there'll be a few months of absolute shit, but c'est la vie, my dude.

If I could go back knowing what I know now, I would have lifted even harder and made/kept more female friends. But I lifted okay, and have a large social group, so all is well.

If it makes you happy right now, then it's a good thing. If at some point that changes, reevaluate. I wish I would have bailed a couple years earlier. But the main thing is don't let yourself get comfortable or you may very well fuck yourself into a very deep hole.

You can still have an LTR and enjoy your freedom. Its what an alpha would do and if she doesn't like it then go ahead and leave and try out the single life. I dont mean treat her like a douche but simply dont restrict your level of enjoyment in life because of the fear of losing someone else. I personally think it's a mistake but it's yours to make.

20 is very young, your going to develop and change so much and HOW you develop and change will be DIFFERENT depending on if you are in a LTR or not.

For there to be guys like Carl (he does bit about mmorpgs at the start of that video it made me spit out my coffee) there has to be guys like elliot hulse and Hunter Drew. Both hunter and Elliott have been in the same LTR since high school. I think Elliott still is, I haven't followed him in a while, hes just an example.

All of them use red pull knowledge to make decisions and that's all it is. Its toolkit to use to make better decisions so you can get what you want. What you want though is hard to figure out as well isnt it.

If you know that you WANT to be a family man, and get married and have kids, then there is value in getting started now and pairing off with a low n count woman. But its still a risk, and you are not Elliott hulse or hunter drew. Remember that. Red pill just helps mitigate your risk.

I stayed single for the first half of my 20s and lived in another country, moved to different city's and did some shit to accumulated some identity capital. My failure was not approaching and being sour grapes.

My personal opinion is it's to much of a risk to invest in a woman at your age. There is such a high probability she will cheat or your lives will change and one of you will have to move. Then the investment was shit.

I've been in LTR since I was 15, I'm now 24. short term is stupid when you are young because of the wasted time, effort and money invested in these meaningless relationships. I live with my other half and we both have jobs, so this LTR is financially and emotionally beneficial.
