I've got one: if you go find a woman with severe amnesia due to brain injury, and somehow convince her that you're her husband. In that case, I can get behind the idea.

right now if a man pokes holes in a condom and has sex with a woman its rape. if you reverse that, a woman lying about birth control or poking holes in a condom, its not a crime. and even if it was, she would get a pussy pass for the good of the child and he would have to pay child supprt.

Examples of fraud committed by women to gain some kind of advantage which will never be prosecuted even if this bill were to pass:

lying about sexual past to get a higher status husband
lying about birth control to get pregnant and force marriage
lying about paternity of a child to get child support
lying about rape
lying about domestic violence
lying about sexual harassment

Just more anti-male sexist bullshit. On top of that, the last 3 bullet points hurt real victims by trivializing their experiences.
