I have slept with MANY girls over the past 10 years, many of which were model quality. I have NEVER gone around bragging about that. In fact, I typically keep it 100% to myself and just smile with my own inner satisfaction. I don't need validation from anyone. I feel like as soon as your start bragging and externalizing it, you're seeking validation.

I have a friend who is my age who has NOT been as successful with women, or life in general. I have grown and matured so much over the past few years, and he hasn't as much. The other day, he literally bragged to me about CUDDLING with a girl. Cuddling. After he lied and said they made-out, then retracted that statement. Then went on to say how two women were fighting over him. He will give me a look like he wants me to be jealous or something. I have another friend who does it too.

To me, it's absolutely eye-roll inducing. I hate when guys brag about girl they bang, yet alone girls they cuddle with. I don't mind it being mentioned in passing, but the ego of some of these guys...

Is this a maturity gap thing?
