This may be not the right sub for this question, but I know only here people know the importance of lifting and how much being unable to do it can fuck you up.

Let me describe the problem first:

A few months ago some kind of pain started slowly building up in my shoulder. It should be noted: it occurs ONLY when doing push exercises such as bench press, push ups, and similar things. Weirdly enough, it doesn't trigger at all when I do shoulder exercises like OHP, shoulder press etc. Here I marked the spot where pain is the most intense: https://imgur.com/a/RHErv5p

Now about what I already tried to do:

When it appeared, I went to a sports physio, he told me it's just muscular tension, but nothing he did was of any help, pain remained the same. Then I found this video and... It completely got rid of the pain, just after a few series, like magic: https://youtu.be/LwTutFFfsag. I continued doing it as warm up exercise, but after some time the pain was back, and it didn't help anymore. After that I went to another sports physio, he told me it's some kind of muscle calcification(?), but once again, he didn't fix it even a little.

Just as a note: I visited those physios many times and did everything they told me to do, never ignored their instructions.

Now I'm short on money and just completely don't know what to do now. Should I look for another physio? Go to a doctor? If so, what do I tell the doctor? When my friend went to the doctor he just told him to stop lifting when he had a problem.

TL:DR shoulder problem doesn't let me do some push exercises at all. I tried lots of things and I don't know what to do now.
