First of all, I have to clarify that ideologically, I agree with the idea that the sexes should be treated equally by the justice system.

However, lets speak honestly here. Are all situations really identical? Do men truly perceive sexual assault the same way women do? Research suggests that they don't. There are many studies where women report being more traumatized by sexual assault.

It makes perfect sense. Men are more physically intimidating and their sexuality is more inherently predatory. I have seen many Red Pillers complain about the double standards in the justice system (even Rollo Tomassi does so on twitter) as if the situations are identical. TRPillers are hypocritical. They acknowledge that male and female sexuality are fundamentally different , yes they demand equalism when it comes to male and female sex offenders. (while the attack equalism in pretty much all other contexts)

Are most men really physically intimidated by women? Do most men really get traumatized by harassment and sexual assault the same way women do? Ideologically, I believe all victims should be treated equally. But deep down we all know the premise is bullshit. Male sexuality is more predatory. TRPillers should admit it instead of supporting equalism only whenever it suits them.
