The fisherman is the woman.

The bait is her vagina.

The fish is the man.

The fish's mouth is his penis.

She uses her vagina as bait to lure the men into a relationship and to take his finances. The only purpose of the bait is to catch men. The fisherman couldn't care less if the fish actually eat or not, he just wants to catch them and make a dinner out of them. i.e Women just want a free relationship. Likewise the fish prefers not to be caught and turned into a meal, it just wants to eat that tiny morcel attached to the hook. i.e. Men just want free sex.

Certainly the fisherman would prefer the fish had no mouths, that way he would not have to use the bait. The fish would simply starve to death on their own and float to the surface where he can just grab them with his hand. This explains why women cheer and offer support to any woman who cuts off a man's penis (e.g. the Bobbitt case), that way they can get the relationship without having to satisfy his sexual urges. There would be no need for the tiresome process of fishing.

The fish would also like to believe that the human throwing small pieces of food is a benevolent being who wants to feed them because he enjoys doing so. This is represented by the man-made pseudoscientific concept of "female sexuality" which appeals to men's fantasies of women wanting sex for the sake of sex itself. Of course there exists people who just enjoy throwing bits of food into a river to see the fish swarm it, as there are women who might for a short period of their life and only out of curiosity entertain male sexuality, but these are the exception to the rule and these women will quickly get bored as the curiosity fades.

Above all women do not want their bait to fall off the hook and be taken for free by the fish. That would constitute rape. It's the fisherman's greatest enemy.
