US Data Shows that Only 10% of Women at Age 30 Have More Than 10 Lifetime Sexual Partners - What Gives?

50% of women have fewer than 3-4 partners.

10% have fewer than 10 partners.

Less than 5% have more than 20 partners.

This is data from US CDC. They count vaginal, anal and oral sex specifically.

Something has to set the more slutty 5 or 10% apart from the rest. What gives?
