No woman wants a random dude to masturbate at her. If she wants to see your dick, she’ll tell you. She will never be into it in the way you’re describing. She might pretend to smile because what you’re doing is so insane that she thinks she needs to keep the peace until she can get away, but I can’t fathom a woman actually being into it. Why did you make this post? Because to me it sounds like you’re seeking approval to masturbate at strangers on the off chance they’ll be into it. Assuming you’re not a troll, just trust me. Rare by whose account? The example I gave was just one example, it could be anything at all sexual in any way. Unless all women have the same tastes then by definition there will be some who will be into sexual stuff that others might find inappropriate.

Pennsylvania Statutes Title 18 Pa.C.S.A. Crimes and Offenses § 3127. Indecent exposure

(a) Offense defined.--A person commits indecent exposure if that person exposes his or her genitals in any public place or in any place where there are present other persons under circumstances in which he or she knows or should know that this conduct is likely to offend, affront or alarm.

this includes in a home in non sexual circumstances

Colorado Revised Statutes Title 18 Criminal Code § 18-7-302 Indecent exposure

(1) A person commits indecent exposure:

(a) If he or she knowingly exposes his or her genitals to the view of any person under circumstances in which such conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm to the other person with the intent to arouse or to satisfy the sexual desire of any person;

(b) If he or she knowingly performs an act of masturbation in a manner which exposes the act to the view of any person under circumstances in which such conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm to the other person.
