Fellow construction industry minion here! 🙋 I'm mainly working with engineers (ugh), but it's not rare for me to work with the field guys, too.

It's just a shitshow of dancing around their feelings and bullshit all day. I'm glad my current coworkers and bosses leave me alone for the most part to do my job. ✌
