There is no escape from this dilemma.

You think I don't want to retry having another grand romance in my life, treat my lady like a princess, remarry, etc.? The first Valentine's day after the divorce rape was slightly extra hellish.

These things, thanks to oxytocin, are inbuilt in us due to centuries of evolution, and then supported by prevalent culture.

RP teaches you that it is a lie, and by believing in it, you are only leading yourself to the slaughterhouse faster.

You either accept that fact, harden yourself and move on through life, focusing on dreams that remain, or you relapse and become a meal ticket for the next pretty thing in a dress.

Take the middle ground.

Work on your life. Do the things youve always wanted to do. Learn skills, pick up hobbies and interests. Find the things that make you happy outside of women and relationships.

Women like being treated well, but they are scared off when you give off the impression your happiness is solely reliant on them. Don't ditch your life for women.

Have your life and stick to it, bend it for the woman but don't break it for her.

You say that the women you've found only respond well to be treated as inferior. Could you give more clarification? What actions do they respond poorly to vs well to?

If a woman shoots this down, so be it. The consensus from what I've gathered from men who like you (and I) actually enjoy relationships, have had them fail, and have otherwise been successful with women, seems to be ended up trying too hard to make her happy.

We thought once we really exchanged real meaningful feelings with her, we could drop all the game, and everything, and basically beta out, I guess we would say here. Again, from the guys I've read + my own experiences, we think we know what and possibly when we went wrong with those women we actually opened up to, like you're talking about, just to have it fail coincidentally afterwards.

It appears it is wiser/a safer bet for a guy to either look at relationships as likely being short term (you bail when you feel it start to fail) or try and show as little weakness, or at least as rarely to one as possible.

There seems to be a point to where most women get too comfortable owning you, and you become that old thing they don't care much about owning anymore.

As a blue piller, I'd like to know in better details how you are treating women. Women don't like being treated like inferiors. Shot in the dark but maybe you naturally put them on a pedastal and by trying to treat them as inferiors you actually treat them as equals.

I should point out this is a debate sub. It's people arguing if TRP is currect, not a place for moderate RP ideas. If that is what you are looking for, maybe check out r/TRPcore they are about RP ideas but without the anger or hate. It's unorthodox but there is also r/marriedredpill they are what it says. Married men practicing TRP. They often still have some love and affection for their wife. Regardless, a place that has experience with LTRs and TRP.
