I know plenty of people who are pretty assholish when in comes to dating but are considered very nice people outside of that. Youd be surprised at how little people really mind, and if theyre having sex with you then obviously youre raising their interest successfully.

A while ago I had to cancel on a girl who had invited me round to her house, because Id had a better offer. Id only met her once, but for some reason I felt incredibly guilty cancelling her plans for that night. Just imagining her being all upset, which she probably wasnt.

I damn near entered a serious relationship with someone I didnt have much interest in at all, because I felt bad that she had invested some feelings into me. You wouldnt believe how difficult it was for me to send that first "Im not looking for a serious thing" text.

It's all this Nice Guy conditioning that makes us feel guilty. For me, I had to stop looking at women as defenseless victims and start looking at them as grown adults who've probably been through this shit lots of times before. Lots of women seem to have little problem with shit like ghosting, and dont need to feel guilty about it.

If your behaviour is tacky and takes a lot of effort, then maybe find another way but maybe have a think about whether or not you are a Nice Guy deep down. It's something we need to get rid of.

Either realize that ONS don't have to be a goal in and of themselves, especially if you're not enjoying yourself. Also know that being an asshole or bad boy isn't the only way to have ONS.

Or continue what you're doing and just take out your self-hatred by hate-fucking the women you take home until all that self-loathing builds up and you become impotent for the rest of your life.
