When I was younger, there was a brief time that I want to be with a Highly Ambitious, D*ckhead, Head-on dude like Harvey Specter.

I was attracted to those types of guys because they seem mature, smart and intelligent and most of all - they push the humane boundaries in life.

I love that chase of ambition and success and being that top dog of the food chain (if you get what I mean) and that protection of having a lot of contacts and access to a lot of necessities with one flickr of a finger.

I also wanted the guy to be as busy as possible so that he won't cheat and just be passionate with his work and be passionate with me (intended evil grin). Overall, I like them because they seem to deal with their issues by overworking.

But now, I could see what's behind all of that chase. It could be out of pride and ambition based on a childhood of having nothing (being poor, bullied, feeling inadequate), wanting to be better than their fathers because of a feeling of neglect or a ruthless, demanding pressure from their high-standard father that will take time to really disappear. It's still their business as they really do mind their own business, A LOT. Like literally and figuratively.

Most of all, I saw them as less harmful than men who have more time in their lives because of a less ambitious lifestyle as those men seem to be more prone to alcoholism, sexual addiction, womanizers and non-condom users that breeds many spawns.

I resonated with them because it was the opposite, I felt that I should please my mother because she asked a lot from me. I also wanted to be the top dawg based on my own merit or skill without having to use my p*ssy to get ahead in life.

But nowadays, I realize that whether they are workaholics or mediocre alcoholics... the fact of the matter that they haven't faced their personal issues as a grown adult puts them in the similar category as LVM.

Thoughts?

Addendum: I thought that these types of men will solve my problems because they solve puzzles and problems, but I realized that I can solve my own problems.

Also, if you're admiring a person or if you're getting admired - should you even form a connection with them?
