Ignoring it is the best thing, deny them the validation they are looking for (even more true when someone makes a joke). Usually when a woman does something dumb like this, if she's generally an uncouth bitch, she doesn't think it's malicious. She most likely thinks it's OK to make fun of impairments.

I, personally, just stare her down. When she realises you don't find it funny she either apologises immediately or she will try to justify her actions. If she apologises, it's cool. If she tries to justify, state firmly that what she did was rude.

Then just walk away and go do something else. She's clearly either stupid or never had someone tell her not to be a bitch.

Also, dude, you need to sort out your lisp.

Well, if a woman tries to make fun of me I usually find it hilarious and then if I feel like making her cry I dress her down verbally. Also - women kind of like negging so it might be one of those instances where she thinks "I like getting negged, let me neg this guy to initiate flirting!" Sort of like how some CC-riders will brag about being sluts and not understand why we don't see an increased value.

Stare at her in the eyes for around 2-5 seconds as appropriate, then ignore completely/laugh it off. I used to have problems with pronunciation (still do sometimes) and it really isn't an issue (anymore) because I can laugh it off.

You definitely need to work on it since it is actually affecting you, and can easily be changed. For 'sss' pronunciation you put your tongue at the top of your mouth, instead of behind your teeth. Practice in front of a mirror, talking out loud. Expect it to take a while if you haven't been doing this for most of your life.

I stutter. Not as bad now but up til my 20's real bad. At the grammar school level the girls made fun of it much more than the boys. Every now and then I still get some shit.

One of the comebacks that seems too work well in a group setting-

"Oh wow you find a small speech impediment funny? I bet someone in a wheelchair or blind must be hysterical? Do you hand out by handicapped parking for a good laugh when you are having a bad day?"
