In the criminal sense, Paul is not a victim, as I explained to you earlier. In the civil sense, he likely is a victim of per se defamation.

Paul Nungesser was just a student who thought this was an innocent fling, and Sulkowiz turned out to be a vengeful harpy. He should sue her into the goddamn stoneage for defamation. Only defense she's got against that is that she has no money.

Now, there's always gonna be people like Sulkowiz, the problem right now is that there is a growing trend to coddle those who self victimize themselves, especially in accusations of rape. Nungesser was pardoned by the police and the university, but his reputation is destroyed. This insanity needs to stop. It destroy's a mans reputation in the view of his peers and just makes it harder for actual rape victims to get help because liars keep mucking things up.

Yes he is a victim of ongoing harrassment by her right up to the point of her graduation. (You would have to be a real nutter to carry a mattress your own graduation ceremony.) It's that simple.

In your other thread on this topic there are 150 comments, overwhelmingly they give evidence that she consented before the incident and even after it also, and that she retroactively changed her story some considerable time after the fact. Despite this you still seem to be in denial that she set out to ruin him (probably) because he jilted her. By a "beyond all reasonable doubt" standard Paul is innocent, even on a lesser "preponderance of evidence" standard he is still innocent. I wonder why you ignore all the facts and instead cling to a false feminist belief that a man is still guilty even if proven innocent?

Nothing. Well nothing other than the fact that she is a liar and he is a victim of her lies. How the hell was he to know she'd flip her shit and turn on him?
