Question for Redpill. What parts of being redpill do you do simply because "it works"?

"it works":

Giving commands rather than giving choices to people. Taking control of situations with actions rather than words. Choosing silence over "filler" talk. Maintaining frame. Dread game. Outcome independence. Those are just the controversial ones; there's also the emphasis on building SMV, which is the self-improvement portion that everyone scoffs at saying it doesn't belong to TRP. I would argue it's more affective with TRP. It's far more motivating to have all the working parts to an engine forward in your life instead of the bits and pieces.

The self-improvement stuff, the things that allow me to be self-reliant, in est confidence, frame, and MGTOW, being apathetic toward people who don't benefit me.

I absolutely would never dread game if it didn't work so goddamned well. I wouldn't withhold carefree thoughts. I wouldn't practice game on anyone; game to me is just a waste of time and it clashes with my attitude toward communication. (Women love to fucking talk, and I can't stand it; if you have something important to say, by all means, but this whole dump-your-trivial-life-on-me thing is bullshit). I would be open emotionally. I would basically have a nice purple mix in my life, but that's all fantasy. Wish in one hand and shit in the other, as they say.

Things I would do anyways:

Work out and eat healthy.
Career development.
Martial Arts training.
Investing

Things I only do when I am going after a girl:

Be mildly insulting/behave as though I feel completely superior.
Intentionally dodge questions and keep quiet about mundane life details for the sole purpose of appearing more mysterious/exciting.
Severely under-express negative emotions.
Force (on myself) non-judgement about past sexual and romantic encounters.
Refrain from discussion of: Politics, Philosophy, Science, Technology, Psychology, Economics, etc.
Refrain from responding to messages.

Courting is essentially a tedious, constant process of maintaining the mindset and outward demonstration of superiority coupled with not-too-much-not-too-little displays of interest and acceptance.

everything except staying fit and doing what you enjoy.

Its a strategy, if it didn't work (well enough), people would either adapt or abandon it.

Everything. I skim TRP and ignore what isn't about what women respond to and why, because my life already works really well otherwise.

A lot of guys are going to say lift and dress well, but not me. That stuff wouldn't be relevant if not for women's ancient preferences.
