If men and women don't have vastly different processes of attraction, how come women prefer white guys but not vice versa?

Basically, women prefer white men, while men have no particular preference except for an aversion to black women.

From an RP perspective, this makes sense; while there are certain traits that are considered "inherently" attractive to women (height, for instance), they ultimately derive much of their attraction from their environments, whatever is considered attractive at the moment, and particularly what other women consider attractive (www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0022103109001048).

Men, on the other hand, while somewhat susceptible to "socially" induced attraction, derive much of their attraction from within.

Today, and for the past several centuries, the white race has been very obviously in control, and at the "top" of the racial hierarchy. On a more observable level, nearly all forms of media are centered around white people; I don't think I need to expound on this any further.

So, if media and society are so obviously biased in favor of whites, why is there such a massive differential in the interracial dating patterns of men and women? Because women base their attraction on what they see in media to a much larger extent than men do. All races of women have boobs and butts and young faces, but not all races of men have the same social standing and desirability.
