2 weeks ago I ran into an ex-plate's sister from a year ago, told her to say hi to plate for me. Plate texted me next day (I deleted her number) and we chatted for a bit. She was very responsive to every one of my texts except sexual innuendo. I told her that I still have that a plush toy that she left at my place and she says she wants it. I can't ask her to meet because she is out of town so I just left her on read.

2 weeks later she asks me where her toy is. I respond and then follow up with another sexual innuendo text but she just leaves me on read.

Anything you would've done differently here? Is it a good idea to keep it sexual with an ex-plate when reconnecting and stay away from the best friend vibe? I couldn't meet her but I wanted to indicate sexual interest.
