Hi all, I recently graduated and secured a great job paying 200k+ a year at 26. I have about 150k of debt school but I should be able to pay that off pretty smoothly in a few years. I am currently shopping for a starter home but based on my calculations, a mortgage in my city for a averaged size condo should run about 1500/mo.
How can I best maximize my life with my income? I m interested in making my money work for me but due to my field I never had exposure to finance or investing. Dont get married.
