I see a lot of rp critics disagree with the philosophy and ideas behind it, which is fine. But some are comparing it to a cult, as if men are just being brainwashed and indoctrinated into believing things they inherently dont believe. This is not the case.

A lot of people find the red pill after coming to their own conclusions based on their own observations and experiences, and it just so happens to be basically what the rp talks about. So that's number one. I found the rp, after having already came to the same conclusions on my own and it was just amazing how many other people thought similarly.

Second, as with any ideology, it's a mistake to let the extremist voices represent the more moderate stances that are actually the foundation of it. In politics, for example, it's easy to take the hard left or hard right and use it to demonize the ENTIRE left or right, while ignoring the moderate positions you might actually agree with.

There's definitely some extremist rp people out there, that do go over the line to what could be seen as hate for women/misogynist.

But at the core, it's just about living in reality which is different from what most people are exposed to growing up. Some of the rp's might legitimately hate women, but thats not the point behind the system. The point is to accept the way the world actually works, "play the game" rather than hate the players in it or the game itself.
