RP works. I teach piano for a living and I have a new student who's a young boy. Not only does RP work on women but it works on men and boys. Today was confirmation for me that all of the work I've been doing developing myself physically, mentally, and spiritually from an RP standpoint works.

My boy student thinks I'm the coolest. I'm obviously much cooler than his Dad. I am teaching him how to play the piano and I'm not his "Dad" so that just makes me cooler, obviously, but still... It's amazing though what doling out praise only when something praiseworthy is accomplished will do for your self esteem if you're a kid. I don't molly coddle this kid. Sometimes I tease if he's being a brat. I don't let him get away with stuff but I hear what he says and does and act accordingly. I don't lose frame and I reward him sparingly for truly good work at the piano. High fives (kino) and touching him on the shoulder to indicate approval or get his attention. We have fun, we get to do cool things, I push him to learn new things and do better. He's crushing the material and loving every minute of it. We have a lot of fun each week.

Not just women but boys want to feel a man's strength. They are comforted by knowing you'll set boundaries and follow through, that you're not a push over, that things aren't a negotiation but you will take their opinions, feelings, thoughts into consideration. We're sitting at the piano and as I'm demonstrating something he puts his head on my shoulder today (first time that's happened). We've maybe had 5 or 6 lessons and he's already that comfortable with me and sees me as his rock. I'm part of his family and part of his tribe. This doesn't just happen with every teacher.

At the end of his lesson he hugs me three different times, tells me i'm the best teacher ever, and asks when we can make time to play a game of chess. We've talked about it. He loves the game and so do I. I will reward him with that soon.

His Dad is kind of a beta provider I can tell. Everything is a negotiation and he doesn't use a commanding tone when addressing his kids. They kind of walk all over him. I can tell this kid is hungry for a commanding male presence. I just happen to be that for him. I hope our lessons will give him something of this as he grows up and hopefully keeps taking lessons. He's going to need a good role model. Fuck, I wish I had had one. I had to work like hell to get where I am and without any role models except what I've picked up on my own and learned from this sub.

Fast forward a few hours.

I go out to the pub with some guy friends for Saint Patty's day. I'm not really feeling like going out necessarily but they're my guy friends and what the hell. I'll probably just sip some soda water (lame I know) and get a decent (albeit late) night's sleep on a Tuesday night.

I'm not really too interested in working the room, but it's a habit. I automatically befriend the bouncer. Cool guy, we shoot the shit about adventure racing etc. When I go back to talk to him later on I notice the women notice. Guys, always befriend the staff. You look magnanimous and like the person to know. Don't just treat them like staff, everybody else does that, treat them like your new best friends and you will not only get attention from women but better service too. It's a win win for everybody involved (or in eyeshot). I beleive it looks especially attractive if you're buddy with the bouncer. He's usually the toughest guy in the room.

I'm hanging out with my guy friends. I see some hotties but don't approach. I actually am pretty interested in connecting with my guy friends tonight because I haven't seen them in a while and I can always game girls when I'm out by myself every day. Guys will stand by you. Even you're long-time women friends will drop you if you do something they don't like. It's happened to me. Trust me, find a decent group of guys and they'll always have your back. They won't give you the hugest shit storms if you fuck up. Guys are much more able to forgive and forget and not blow things out of proportion. I don't fuck up often, but when I do...guy friends.

I make a lap and make a few approaches. Talk to the bagpipe player (male), bouncer, some ladies. No solid number closes or anything, just working the room. I go back and hang out with my guys some more.

Later I recognize a couple women I know (acquaintances) from nearby the place I used to work. I chat them up and join their group. This is where things get interesting. Both the hotties (one I tried to game previously when we worked nearby) have boyfriends who are there. The hottest one though informs me that her sister is single. More banter, I work the table some more. The hottest one is kind of drunk. She's giving me lots of kino and kind of ignoring her bf. She tells me that the one other single guy at the table who's trying to hit on her sister (not my type unfortunately) is a douche and I should try to at least help he keep him away from her sister. I assure her that I have her back. She trusts me and sees me as the one to be her leader more than her own bf. He's clueless as to what's happening with the douche across the table.

I go work the room some more. Pull a number close and fb-close with a couple girl-friends at a table nearby. I come back. Hot girl is a little more drunk. She's even more all over me and starts holding my hand. She obviously saw me with those girls. Her boyfriend is in the bathroom, but I know he'll be back. I try to slide my hand under the table to hide the fact that we're holding hands...then I try to get out of her grip. She just grabs my hand more forcefully and interlaces her fingers! I see her bf coming back to the table. Shit. I'm trying but she won't let go of my hand. I mean she's really holding on! Bf totally notices. Fuck. Oh well. He doesn't seem like a threat and she's pretty drunk. I can just play it off.

Eventually I wrest my hand free by making an excuse to need to go pay my tab. I don't really need to, but she won't let go. I don't want to have it out with the bf. Not the way I like to do things.

It's towards the end of the night. Bf calls cab. I have my own car. Douche has his own car. I can't give them all a ride though, not enough room. Also, I'm careful to let bf call the shots. I don't want an altercation. Also, I never was trying to game her, but after such strong signals now, damn, if she throws herself at me I might have to...

Anyways, one girl is crying, tabs aren't all paid up, cab is here. Cabby gets frustrated waiting and leaves. It's a little out of control. Bf can't seem to lead...I'm just there hanging with one of my buddies waiting to see how this is all going to work out and making sure everyone is going to be taken care of. I'm a gentleman what can I say??

Douche offers to drive everyone in his van. Sisters aren't budging. Bf awkwardly orders them all to go with douche. I offer to drive them (a tight squeeze, but without douche it should work out). Bf pretends he doesn't hear me. I offer 3 times. Girls say they'd much rather go with me than douche guy. I don't want to have it out with bf so I encourage them to do as he says.

Guys, if you're not the most masculine presence and woman doesn't feel safe with who she's with (Douche guy and bf) and she has liquor in her system. She will branch swing faster than you can blink. Guys with bfs never let your game go stale. Someone like me will swoop in without even trying just by virtue of being more RP than you and your women will nearly jump on his cock right in front of you. AWALT.

Hot drunk girl and I talked about hanging out at some future date. If she remembers enough from that night she will remember me well enough to probably want to hang out with me. I'm guessing it will be fairly easy for me to score that if I decide to. He's not a friend of mine...hell, I'd probably be doing him a favor giving her a ride on some Alpha cock and keeping her sated at least for a little while longer.

Guys another RP AWALT example for the annals. Also, humbly, thank you. This would have never happened to me 4 months ago or if it did I wouldn't have handled it nearly as well before having discovered TRP.

Happy Saint Patty's day gentlemen.
