You called people names if you didn't like advice they provided, regarding for example, therapy and changing your attitude. There was not bashing. People really tried to be helpful.

Hey bud, I was going to send you a PM to see if you wanted to chat, but then I read how you respond to people and saw that you don't actually want to connect with anyone or be less alone, you're still on the "anger" phase of whatever it is you're mourning.

You need to spend some time getting your shit together and then maybe reach out again and you'll be able to take the words of other people without reacting so strongly.

You do need to talk to someone, so if you have to rage at strangers on the internet to get past this place you're in, go for it, but you really, really need to figure out the source of this consuming depression that's making you treat people poorly. Especially yourself. You're not alone in feeling like shit, but you'll stay lonely if you can't get a handle on your attitude.

Anger, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues make you very, very self-absorbed. That's not a judgement, that's just how it works, and why people who have problems want to get better, so that people want to be around them again.

It doesn't seem you're a bad person, but things like TRP and raging at strangers on the internet appeals to people who are unhappy. Just be aware that you're prone to falling into traps like that. Anything that appeals to your feelings and validates your cynicism, your brain will attach to like fucking heroin. I've been through shit, I know.

Get off the internet for a spell. Go find a long-distance hiking group and spend a few days in the mountains. Get some time to yourself to clear your head. Don't let the world beat you.
