It seems you have lost her, and she is actively either dating someone else or looking to date someone else. A woman who is in love with you will never be cold or indifferent to see you whether she’s on her period or not she will never turn down a job is to be with you and she will never negotiate sex with you specially putting your pleasure last.

I don’t know what you did but you became beta enough for her to lose attraction for you indifference is a huge red flag.

She has emotionally checked out of the relationship. I do not know why you would want to continue this as she is aging out of desirability while you are aging into desirability but if you do want to keep continuing it you need to up the asshole factor and be more distant than her basically you have to be ready to leave her right now.

Her period isnt an excuse to be a cunt. Bad behavior= withdrawal of time and attention. She pulls back? You pull back more. Look into dread.

In the meantime, hit the weights/martial arts, be on purpose and go hang with some buddies.

If this doesnt stop very soon, you'll need to dump her.

Limit your attention. She's losing and/or lost the tingles for you, possibly because you are too available or possibly because she's looking for attention elsewhere.

By limiting your attention and focusing on other things you achieve two things. One, she has to start being affectionate to get your attention again, if the issue was that you were too available, this will help correct that. Two, you are doing positive things, so if she is looking elsewhere, you're in a better position to make the decision to walk away.

I would ignore her until she reaches out to you. Stay busy etc. When she does then I would act/be less invested in the relationship and make sure she notices subtly. Deny anything if she brings it up, congrats the ball is back in your court.

Wait for her to contact you. If it's just her period, she'll apologize for being distant and try to make it up to you. If it's something else, she'll continue acting this way. If that happens, you need to have other girls lined up.

Focus on yourself and your goals, if she is distant then you need to reciprocate that distance by being on your purpose.

Has she ever acted like this on her period before? Does the timing of this coincide With her period? My guess is no on both counts.

This has nothing to do with whatever bullshit anybodies mental gymnastics can dream up. This is about her losing interest in you and most likely gaining it somewhere else. First mistake you made was not going to her place. That would have been purely for data. I would have grabbed some pedialyte or gatorade and soup and gone to her place to gauge her reaction or just flat out see if she’s even there or if she’s alone. But you dropped that ball.

I always say talking is pointless in these kinda situations but this does warrant addressing it once .... one time and only one time before taking action. Blunt and thorough. I would say something like “is there something going on that I don’t know about or a way that youre feeling about our relationship that I should know about? You’ve been pretty damn uninterested in me lately and I’m about to stop wasting my time. Either way, this will not continue like this so if you got something to say, nows the time.”

Straight up, I would go over to her place unannounced tonight. If she asked what I’m doing there, I would tell her im here to talk. If she invites me in then I would say pretty much what I wrote. If she doesn’t then I would tell her that there is no longer a need to have this conversation because a move like that is crystal clear.

Either way... I would play it the same way afterwards. I would be in the gym, lifting hard and eating with a purpose. Career goals would be put into overdrive. I’d pursue a robust and varied social/hobby life. And I’d meet other women and feel free to do as I please. And as for her. I’d leave it up to her. All contact would be initiated by her. And I’d treat like it casual. I’d be busy and unavailable (you actually should be) for the most part. I’d see or interact with her about 25% as much as I do now. And id steer the conversation mostly toward scheduling drinks later in the week and then I’d cut the convo short. And I wouldn’t talk to her again until the day of. And at drinks I would keep everything light and flirty, no heavy topics. The goals is to get her back to my place ASAP and then get her back to her place ASAP. No staying the night. I would treat exactly like we are just fucking and she has a boyfriend. I’d let her chase me... or not.
