By high SMV I don't mean famous actor, rockstar, or pro athlete, I mean more along the lines of doctor, lawyer, engineer, banker, and accountant. Professions that pay you above the average salary (at least 80k a year) after you are well into them and ones that society usually sees as prestigious. By the way would dentist count as a high SMV profession?

That said, even though a high SMV profession earns you a lot of money and security, it does throw a few obstacles in your face.

1. Time.

I am sure we have all heard about doctors that make half a mil a year but have unrealistically long work hours, they might have the high paying job and nice toys but rarely get to enjoy them. Sure it helps if you want a trophy wife but for those of us with dreams of being with a lot of attractive women, the time situation does not help too much. No time to go out and daygame women like you usually would because your job becomes your life.

2. Access.

Engineers and accountants may make a lot of money but they still work in areas where there aren't a lot of females around. Unlike college professors or doctors who are surrounded by some decent looking women in their lives, engineers and accountants do not have that access going on. Obviously a bartender at a high end bar or a club owner is the best to be if you want access but those aren't really high SMV professions and usually have low pay, plus they are really hard to get.

3. Reputation.

A doctor or college professor that sleeps around? Probably won't do too much justice for your reputation and could hurt it in the eyes of professionals. We all know how much angry feminists will come after guys in the professional fields who are caught spinning plates, doesn't sit too well with the public. All it takes is for one disgruntled plate to call you out and automatically your career is at risk.

4. The betabucks label.

A profession like doctor for example screams betabucks, a guy that most women want to settle down with after they are done riding the cock carousel. Professions like bartender and club promoter are the AF professions but doctor, lawyer, and engineer usually get placed right in the betabucks category. Women try to leech as much money from them as they can and get them to settle rather than putting out for them right away.

All that said, what can men in this situation do to enjoy a life of spinning plates and making the most of their SMV?

I would love to hear from guys who have known friends in high SMV professions who have managed to spin plates and how to navigate through some of those obstacles. It is odd that I am making this post but it seems like the guys out there getting regular sex from decent women are the bartenders, club promoters, model photographers, and just guys who made it their living to do that.
