Take, for example, a man who is 5'5" and Asian with average facial aesthetics, which is about a 2/10 looks in society, and a maximum of 4/10 in total attractiveness when you max out all modifiable traits (assuming no cosmetic surgery).

He has to apply red pill techniques and various methods of social manipulation and nonsensical frame and confidence to get women and be sexually successful. This requires intense social and career commitment, and thousands upon thousands of cold approaches, refining his technique of relating to women the best way and presenting him in the best way possible (dressing perfectly, wearing lifts, etc.) instead of being his true self. Determining the best things to say based on how a woman is acting, tailor his social circle and social media in a way that best benefits him. Basically needs to be manipulative to get what he wants.

Or, he can rely on pure fortune to somehow get with a woman who will use him as a beta bucks or pay for a prostitute to get sex but not emotional fulfillment.

If he doesn't do this, he will be constantly plagued by signals from people that naturally have at least a respectable degree of sexual success. He will have to accept the fact that he is at the bottom and has very little flexibility if he follows by the blue pill rulebook.

Either way, he will probably face depression, etc. He will have to deal with social isolation and alienation, whether from being a virgin or being successful through manipulation, lacking the ability to really be loved by anyone.

He will have to be the witness to things every day that he cannot partake in without applying a thousand times more effort than the average man, and ten thousand times the effort of the average woman.
