Move out if: family is either obstructing your lifestyle or pulling your leg while you take on the next goals in life.

Otherwise, if everything is fine. Stay at home for this year. Do something else with the 25k.

Don't expect to suddenly become a manlier man if your step outside. That only happens with sheltered kids.

We’re living through a pandemic and social/economic activities are limited, and increasingly so. So like, just chill at home and keep saving up money, until COVID passes over. Whether that’s in a year or 3

Plus when you move out you’re gonna run through your savings faster than you can think. Not worth it. You will thank in the future for saving up that money.

You’re also lucky your living situation is tolerable and you don’t have annoying parents / can do basically whatever.

You’re gonna get some mixed messages here so sorry. But I’d recommend moving out.

Something about independence really lights a fire under my ass. No better feeling to me personally. It’s your life, your time, you decide where you’re gonna take it. Sure you spend more in bills but you learn budgeting. You learn how to manage a household, how to cook, decide your own schedule, you can walk around naked dancing to music. It really becomes a home-home. Sure home with family is one thing. But YOUR home is a completely different thing.

Financially I get it to stay. But that’s just an expense I’m willing to pay for my own life. Plus I like going apartment hunting and planning my rooms and shit. And it REALLY fucks with logistics when you’re fucking multiple women if you stay with family

I had a similar choice at 25. I chose to move out and personally, the mental gains you get from it are worth it imo. I think living at home really prevents you being in a real adult mindset most of the time.

I'm 23 moving the fuck out tomorrow actually. There's a hidden price you don't see when you stay at home, your confidence, your swag, and your whole aura is weaker compared to someone who's independent. Plus I want to fuck girls without having to worry about family members in another room (total boner killer)

You may want to wait out the pandemic if your financial situation is unclear but you need to move out. Something I learnt is that I can love my family better from a distance. My mom needs some care so I check in with the family every 3-6 months but I can see my soul disappearing after staying there more than a week. Never again.

Move out.

Too many Betas out there getting soft sucking on mommy's tit well into their 20s and even 30s. It's impossible to be 'truly Alpha' if you aren't even the authority figure in your own house. Like another commenter said, it's obvious in your body language and attitude.

I stayed home for two years after college, and that was at least a year too long. Saving money is nice, but you can't buy your way to manhood.
