Women should keep out of Software Development, especially as Project Managers (most Project Managers in Software Development seem to be women for some reason).

I once joined a company working on a particular Software Project; the project manager from day 1 was a woman, and the project was already 7 years late.... 7 FUCKING YEARS!

Even after being a Project Manager for 7 years, she had no idea about time management and scheduling work. She once assigned a piece of the project and told me I had 4 hours to complete the work. I examined the spec, it was easily a 2 week job. She refused to listen, told me I had no choice and she had already promised the IT Director that it would be ready for testing in 4 hours time.

Then, a girl joined the Accounts Department as a Credit Controller. She has no background in Software, no experiences in Software: her background was accounts. She fucked the IT Director, and was promoted to Project Manager on the Software Project, so we then had 2 female Project Managers, managing a project that was already 7 years late, and one of those Project Managers knew jack shit about Software Development, but acted like the queen bee who overnight became an expert in managing a massive complicated Software Project.

I left the place after 3 years, couldn't take the bullshit from those 2 women anymore.
