Me too, can I share my story with you anon?

I'm the eldest brother of three siblings, and I have two younger sisters. They both make more than I do. We all graduated from the same elite university with a STEM major, and they got top jobs right out of the gate from college, meanwhile, I went through years and years of joblessness and under-employment.

They resent me, they don't have to say anything, they always treat me disrespectfully. They expect me to be the high earner, but I'm not, because I didn't get the same gender quotas open-doors that they did. You can't change women's innate programming, they do not respect lower status males.

My career was also sidetracked by the fact that I got sick with a life threatening illness that took me 7.5 years to overcome. Doesn't matter, I don't get preferential treatment for battling an illness that kills other people, and not only surviving, but thriving. They never had to overcome such obstacles. They graduated school, and a career path was put down at their feet.

I'm not resentful, and am genuinely proud of what they've accomplished, but I know how it is. If you are ever around a female who makes more than you do, she will hate you. Marry a woman who makes more, and your life will be a living hell, marry a woman who makes less, and you'll be divorce raped. There's no winning this game.

I've never been in a relationship, because I wear the same pair of khaki pants, with cheap tennis shoes, and a nice, inexpensive shirt to work every single day. I don't drive a car (medical issues) so no Porsche to show off. I am not wealthy and I do not have fuck you money.....yet, but I also have zero financial worries whatsoever. I could not work for a year and still be absolutely fine. I am an engineer, who loves comic books and sports. I don't wear an expensive watch or have any status symbols, yet my bank account is far bigger than people who have the totems of wealth, without having any money. I comb my hair every morning, and shower every day, but other than that, I am unconcerned by my appearance.

I am kryptonite to women. The way I live my life, the lifestyle of an engineer, who only values things of merit and doesn't care about how anything looks, is poison to ever being in a relationship. I'm not short, I'm not fat, and I'm not ugly. I've been this way all my life, and women have ignored me all my life.

It does get lonely and I do want female companionship, but the efficiency expert that is the engineer in me knows that American pussy is grossly overpriced due to the cartel market structure. The engineer in me knows to go elsewhere for better options. Where female companionship can be purchased, at a reasonable rate, I have no objection to buying some, and enjoying myself. I'm willing to give her the money she wants, if she gives me the honey I want, and is willing to leave when we're done.

That's how I live my life. I'd like a relationship, but I see no way that the cost comes down enough to make it feasible.

I think it's not a 'must' to have been in a relationship... If you weren't, that's also completely fine, it's your life and your decisions fella. I.e. I have been in a relationship because I was fucking desperate for companionship and I thought a relationship would solve all my problems... well we all know better on this channel... In my opinion is completely fine to be MGTOW without being in a relationship before.
But i think the argument comes from the effect women have when you get close to them, a drug like effect, that turns you into an addict simp (thats why they can control us so much).
So a MGTOW who has being in a relationship has ''tasted'' the drug and knows what he is leaving behind if that makes sense.
But like every other crapy drug its not worth it, its temporal pleasure that ends up fucking up your life.

I am the same way, no real relationship ever. I've only fooled around with a few women in my life, and maybe had sex (or close to it) once. It was so shitty and awkward that it kind of ruined it for me, plus i think the chick was trying to bite a hole in the condom. Freaked me the fuck out, couldn't perform after having that suspicion -- jerked off and ditched her after that. She was a freak, but her skills were pretty bad. Would love to meet an FWB or have the picket fence tradgirl, but i'm too realistic to give in to such an obvious fraud.

I don't see myself as "low status" even though people judge me as such due to my height or looks probably. Even then i don't think i'm a genuinely bad looking guy, people just literally want a 10/10 now and anything less is never good enough so i'm realistic about that aspect of it all. On paper, i have a fuck load of things going on in my life that i don't brag about but am very proud of. Still got a full head of hair at 28... can't say that for some of my peers tbh so i take it all in stride lmao.

I think that notion comes from the perception that many MGTOW have a ‘sour grapes’ attitude towards women. I don’t really get that impression from most MGTOW, but that’s the commentary I see from anyone outside our circle.

But you’re probably right, I’m sure most MGTOW found out about the philosophy because they’ve had plenty of relations with women. I always thought that if people knew who we really were, they’d be shocked that we aren’t a bunch of sour-grapes neckbeards, but instead rational, high-functioning, independent men.

I’m one of the few that comes from a positive background with women. Probably you and me are some of the luckier ones.

I'm completely pulling this number out of my ass, but I would wager at least 80% of MGTOWs have been in multiple relationships (if not married and subsequently divorce raped) and only went MGTOW because of their experiences. Our sex drives are fucking nuts especialyl when puberty kicks in, PLUS society pressures us into worshipping vagina and to not question vagina. That combo really makes men blind and thirsty, especially blue pilled ones.

If you went MGTOW without ever being in a relationship, consider yourself wise for learning from others' mistakes. Or maybe lucky, because fighting against our primal urges especially in our teenage and early 20s isn't easy and it sends many young men onto the road of simpdom.

I had only one serious?! relationship where i had real plans, but i am always adverse to risks,(at age of 30 i had seen closely many dreadfull marriages and divorces), and the mixing signals, made me hesitant about marriage and she went away. By much time i had feelings like i fucked up, but now i understand i failed to sign a slavery contract. Educated women divorce even more than the rest.

It’s just the way many people are. The more abstract the concept, the more difficult it is to learn. Having hands on experience is always the easiest way to learn. You’re also fighting against lies and indoctrination.

So there are men who learn MGTOW without getting burned and destroyed. A number of us just don’t see the value of perusing relationships because even when things aren’t nasty, the cost doesn’t justify the benefits.

A decade ago you would have been one of the few however things have just continuously gotten worse out there.

It's likely a much greater portion of those that find there way to MGTOW will arrive without having had a relationship, particularly at the rate relationships themselves seem to be dying.
