david deida touches on it in his sidebar book. (the breathing used in the Tao'ist techniques) this book has made it more actionable. it's 'eastern thought' and practice, so a bit nontraditional to many of us.

understanding nose breathing vs. mouth breathing
understanding how slowing breathing slows heart rate
the relationship between genital orgasms the 'million dollar spot' the anus and the prostate, and how to focus away from those to last longer
visualization/breathing techniques for moving pressure/energy (chi/qi) to other parts of the body.
a chapter on jelq'ing-lite. basically they say: "hard and long lasting is better to focus on" but do give a nod to the other techniques in passing, but downplay them.
moving to whole body and multiple orgasms - i'm not there yet, but figure, fuckit, i used to be able in my early 20's, so i'll just have to re-learn.

in short: my LTR doesn't know about this book, but has said "[you] fuck like a sexbot, you can go and go and then just finish when you want, it's crazy" shit like that she's said several times. when asked i just tell her: "not sure, been meditating, maybe it's helping" and stfu. it's always her body that gives out first, but i can finish, that's the bonus, it's not a 'never cum' - just on command.
