Best way to create sexual attraction imo is eye contact. Look deeply into her eyes as she talks and think about fucking her, while keeping an open, relaxed posture. Chicks pick up on this instinctively and if she's attracted to you she'll get hella turned on. Kino will seem natural from this point onwards. When I do this, chicks will talk non-stop for the whole date and I barely need to say anything. It's all in the subtext.

More importantly however, you have a fear of rejection/failure which is completely normal. Gotta put yourself out there and experience rejection to get over it. Make a specific and actionable goal for the next time you are on a date.

Think it through and visualize it first, visualize it going positively.

Then do it. Something simple, like putting your hand on her arm and saying "hey, let me show you this thing."

Something you can picture yourself doing. Start with something simple, some kind of caress. Go from there. Just remember that if she isn't into it - that's a GOOD THING! You're finding out she's not attracted earlier, and can quit wasting time and don't have to get verbally rejected as much.

Take up some form of fight training (BJJ, boxing, etc.). It forces you to be in the present. You'll learn how to act quickly, or get your ass kicked.

Stop fapping so that you are naturally hornier. Dinner date? Get a booth. Escort her to it with your arm out.
