Honestly it's not bad advice. The well off guy is far more likely to pump and dump a woman because he doesn't need or want a LTR. But the guy who has nothing is much more likely to show commitment because he's not yet able to go it solo.

It reminds me of the experiment done by a female researcher on women's arousal. They got some women together and showed them images, along with some kind of sensor to detect whether it made them wet down below, in addition to temperature.

The bottom line?

Women who claimed not to be aroused showed physical signs of arousal. Their brains (or at least the waking/concious part) are completely disassociated with what is really happening.

Makes you think that there's other things at work here, and that is why "watch what they do, not what they say" is absolutely the golden standard.

If you're wondering where all the good women are try dating one that hasn't established herself yet... the babe with no job living at home, soul searching to find her purpose probably has better character than the babe on her own, with a college degree, working a job she hates, to pay off her nice trendy car, new iPhone, and smart watch. If your idea of a hoe is based on material status I hate to tell ya but "hoe" might be your type champ. A lot more makes up a womans character than her social status.

She is not entirely wrong. A lot of good men become unemployed. The economy is shit. And if he has values that prevent him from only caring about making money, those values can get in his way when it comes to making money. That being said. What she says, obviously only applies to Chad and Tyrone. And she is obviously trying to comfort herself because men who have a lot of money, see her as too much of a risk or know they can do better so they reject her ass.

The guy putting in hours at college for a future he has planed is a +

the guy with all the trendy cloths/watches/cars is a - (unless hes born into money or otherwise rich)

the guy living with his parents is a BIG FRICKEN - (hes got no clue and no future so don't jump in the boat with him!)

The guy who drops out of high school to go into welding full time cuz it pays well and he is good at is is a + (but you may need to make sure he doesn't do stupid stuff with his money, yes he is smart enough to get a good job with out college debt, but he may not be smart enough to manage the $$$ he gets... watch him)

In short, make sure the guys with good stuff OWN and not RENT/OWE on it.

Make sure the guys who don't are hard working and have a plan to unfuc their situation.

There's plenty of "good men" who have established themselves and are successful, and get no play because they have no game - even if they are good looking. It's pretty depressing how values, integrity, and just talking to women like a normal human being count against you.
