Turned 29 earlier this year and went through about two years of what you’re describing somewhat of an existential crisis.

Just take care of yourself and control what you can control. You can’t control time, you can control how much you enjoy your remaining youth. Not sure if this helps, but it’s what I’m finally starting to accept.

Use sun lotion and facial cream. Hit the gym. Learn how to fight if you’re worried about slow reflexes. Take care of yourself. I’m 27 and work outside too. Who cares if you’re a pro at least you drive a motorcycle, you’re already ahead of 80% of dudes. I’m just getting into it this year

Bro im 19, and 27 isnt even old from my perspective. Id say 45+ and your getting into older territory. A mans peak SMV is around 35 .

Point being you’ll have more energy and vigour in your youth but you’ll be better able to use what you have left as you age due to experience.

Including but not limited to, cutting out toxic people, spending more time with family and getting a satisfying career.

I’m 30 and in my best physical and mental shape m but that’s mainly due to giving up alcohol/trash food for several months at a time.

I'm 29 in a few months, It hit me really hard when I hit 28 for one reason or another.

I'm hoping it will pass, I eat healthy, I work out, I have hobbies so we will see.

No idea why you feel like that? You are not a woman, you won't hit a wall. You will be more mature in your 30s and if you workout you will be above average for sure.

You will experience more stuff and you SMV will be overall higher if you put in the effort.

Well you know keeping your mind sharp will keep you young and i think you shouldnt feel like for example neil strauss one of the greatest puas the world has ever seen started when he was 28 so you have plenty of time. In my case i see myself having something close to a harem during my 20s and set up in my mid 30s as really the red pill kinda teaches thats what you should aspire for and before this place i wouldn't have even considered that lol
