The guy is arguing and acting like a woman. So it is effectively two women screeching.

That is how women argue. They bring up a past event in a covert way of communicating what is intended to express a feeling. It is saying,... the way you made me feel back then,... is the way you are making me feel now. It would be more masculine and direct to just overtly say "You make me feel like <blah> <blah>". But that isn't how women do it. So this guy sounds like he is really feminized and acts, behaves, and argues like a woman,...and that will infuriate and repel a real woman.

Don't engage. You can't win fights like that. Just ignore her and if she takes your laptop or whatever, you tell her in a friendly but form manner that you don't put up with that shit and that you don't like it. You don't raise your voice, you don't act annoyed, you give her absolutly zero emotion. You say your thing and you disengage! If she goes screaming at you you tell her something in the form of: "Hey, I love you but you're not acting in a loving way and I'm not going to communicate with you this way. Come back when you're ready to talk about this in friendly and loving manner." Then you leave to another room or if she follows you around, take your shit and leave to a library or whatever.

The key is to give zero emotion back. And if she continues to do the the same after a few times, dump her cause that's the way she is and you won't be able to change that.

Just fuck her hard that's what she wants. Punish her, then go out and be busy, with friends or anything. She'll hamster and return to normal until it happens again. Rinse and repeat.

he has to understand a few things:

it will only get worse. his GF is still not married and on the mortgage so this level of bitchiness will only increase once she's entitled to 50% of everything
this is classic passive aggressive behavior on her part
- it's not helping that he's acting just as bitchy as she is. does he have a vagina?
she does not respect him
he has set no boundaries
logistically speaking, WTF, be an adult: e.g.: "when I have my 'phones in, if you need to speak to me, wave, and I'll take them off and we can speak. If I'm mid stanza/cannot I will make that clear and take them off at my earliest convenience"

your friend sounds like he's 16 yrs old and lost his virginity to this woman.
he may be "aware of the redpill" like my laziest son is "aware of the lawnmower" but unless he pushes that thing around the yard, that don't mean shit (ie: effort = results, not 'awareness')
i assume he's gotten fatter/softer/less attractive since they met? ask him why? (any answer he gives is shit. the only honest one is: "I have not prioritized my own well being enough"
he needs to understand: his LONGEST LTR in his life will be himself. He needs to prioritize himself. Not only will that better his life/health/wealth it will ironically attract women to him when he is less focused on them. And even his current shitty bitch of an LTR.
he may not be able to save this LTR, but he can save himself. That's the goal.
