It will depend on if you prefer new looking women all the time (simply "new" would be misleading as Pareto principle aplies to how much women vary from one another) and/or the hunt for a new one, building a solid roster and training them to your tastes, or if you want to focus less on having to source and more on retention with an LTR (that has earned it).

Personally, I'm more in the 2nd group atm with the intention of going through as many women as necessary til some stick around long enough and also prove themselves as having potential for me to become a member of the 3rd group so I can spend less time sourcing and more time achieving goals outside of game. To each their own though.
