I've been looking around and I was curious if anybody else had this issue. I'm losing 90 pounds, lost 40 of that 90 already, and when I get down in weight I want to bulk up, but some methods I've seen are ridiculous in calories. What would you guys recommenced diet wise on how to bulk without insane calories and how to lean back down? I've heard 2-3 session of HIIT or cardio a week could help with this.
